From 101: Take the University Avenue
exit. Follow the signs to Stanford University. Continue on University
Avenue for 2.8 miles, (Note: after you pass through downtown Palo
Alto and the Stanford Gates, University Avenue becomes Palm
Drive.) Turn right onto Roth Way (just before you get
to the Stanford Oval). Then turn left onto Lomita Drive.

From 280: Take the Sand Hill Road exit and
go East for about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Santa Cruz/Alpine
Road, then immediately turn left at the stop-light onto Junipero
Serra Blvd. At the next stop-light, turn left onto Campus
Drive West. Turn right onto Roth Way. Then turn right
onto Lomita Drive. See below for parking information.
Parking:
PARKING MAY TAKE A FEW MINUTES, SO PLEASE ALLOW TIME TO FIND
A SPACE.
'Q' Permit Parking - We are enclosing a parking permit
valid in the 3 'Q' parking spaces located near the end of Lomita
Drive on the left side, next to a metered parking area. If the
'Q' spaces are all full, you may use the permit in the metered
spaces that are before the 'Q' spaces, but please try to park
in a 'Q' space first. Please put the parking permit on your dashboard.
Metered Parking - If all of the 'Q' spaces (and the metered
spaces near the Q spaces) are taken, please park in additional
metered parking areas. (The 'Q' permit does not work in these
spaces, so you will have to pay. We will reimburse you)
-east side
of the Oval, and
-in front of the Cantor Center for Visual Art
(further north on Lomita Dr.)
The meters in
the Oval take coins (25 cents = 10 min). The metered spaces in front
of the Cantor Center require you to pay at a kiosk, with either
bills or a credit card.
Psychology Department:
Jordan Hall - If you parked on Lomita Drive, continue walking
down this street toward the dead-end. It will turn into a path that
takes you to the right corner of the Jordan Hall building (as you
are facing it). If you parked in the Oval, please walk toward Memorial
Church. Jordan Hall is the building on your right.
There are a number of steps up to the building, so if you need a
ramp, it is at the far left side of the building.
The Psychology Department entrance is #420 (door in the middle of
the building). Once inside the department, take the elevator to
the second floor. Our waiting room is # 267. Someone will be in
the waiting room to greet you when you arrive. |
